Eva Smith is an artist, educator, animator, designer, and avid gardener.

Eva has been a professional artist for more than 40 years. Although her talent allows her to produce artwork in a wide range of styles and subjects, she specializes in portraiture, using a variety of media to create sensitive, highly-detailed depictions of people and animals.

Following a 30 year career in the Canadian animation industry, Eva now divides her time between teaching, drawing and painting. She provides private lessons and tutoring in Art, is a professor in the Art and Design Foundations program at Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario, and teaches at
Hamilton Conservatory For the Arts.
Eva Smith lives in Hamilton with her husband Joel, Nikomis the cat, and a tankful of freshwater tropical fish.
